Tire Technician: Estimated pay $17.50 - $20.00 / hour *effective rate* Location: 523 N. Milpas St., Santa Barbara, CA 93103
Effective rate consists of:

<li>Hourly rate: $16.50 - $18.00, based on experience</li>
<li>Incentives: $1.00-$2.00 per hour average, based on productivity</li>
</ul>

<li>Work as a team to perform basic preventive maintenance</li>
