Job Title: Asset Recovery / Debt Collection Specialist
Location: Sacramento, CA
Pay: $20–$21 per hour + performance bonus (% of debt collected)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated Asset Recovery / Debt Collection Specialist to join our Sacramento team. In this role, you’ll manage delinquent accounts, negotiate payment arrangements, and recover outstanding balances while maintaining professionalism and compliance with regulations.What You’ll Do:

• Contact customers with past-due accounts to negotiate payment solutions.
• Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with account holders.
• Research and locate debtors using skip tracing and investigative methods.
• Develop strategies to maximize recovery on delinquent accounts.
• Track collection efforts, document activity, and meet recovery goals.
• Ensure compliance with FDCPA and state guidelines.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in collections, debt recovery, asset recovery, or related field.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to research and problem-solve to locate and connect with debtors.
• Organized, persistent, and goal-oriented.
• Knowledge of skip tracing, repossession, or default accounts a plus.

Compensation & Benefits:

• $20–$21 per hour (DOE)
