Position:
ImmunEdge is seeking a Research Associate II or Senior Research Associate to support efforts in cellular engineering and functional immunology. We’re looking for a diligent, collaborative research professional with strong bench skills and demonstrated interest in drug discovery. This role will involve stable cell line generation, along with the characterization, culture, and maintenance of primary and engineered cells.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate stable cell lines using various methods (e.g. lentiviral transduction) with guidance on construct design and workflow optimization.

Characterize engineered cell lines using established methods (e.g., PCR, flow cytometry, ELISA).

Perform cellular assays, including plate-based reporter readouts and flow-based binding assays.

Support routine cell line maintenance, passaging, and inventory tracking in alignment with team workflows.

Document and organize experimental data, methods, and reports generated through independent analysis in a clear and accessible manner to enable effective communication with teammates and cross-functional collaborators.

Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant lab environment, including support for EHS protocols, safety documentation, and training best practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Immunology, Molecular and Cellular Biology, or related field.

2+ years of industry experience in immune-oncology, oncology, or related areas, with a track record of hands-on and independent experimental success.

Proficiency in culturing cells and engineered cell line generation.

Proficiency in molecular and cellular techniques, including multi-color and/or spectral flow cytometry, reporter assays, and plate-based assays, including ELISA and MSD.

Familiarity with common data analysis and lab software, such as FlowJo, GraphPad Prism, and Microsoft Office. Experience with LIMS/CMMS, data visualization tools, or coding for analysis is a plus.

Experience contributing to regulatory submissions, including data generation, documentation, and report writing in support of IND applications or other regulatory filings is a plus.
This is a position that requires working in a laboratory environment with biological and chemical hazards. Protective clothing, gloves and safety glasses are required while working in the laboratory.
Expected Salary Range: $86,000 - $107,000
