Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensures all beverage and paper products are appropriately stocked.

Ensures that bar area is supplied with all menu items.

Properly washes all bar dishes used during assigned shift.

Consistently keeps bar area clean. Cleans top of bar and polishes stainless steel on a regular basis. Always maintains department’s safety/sanitation standards.

Maintains complete knowledge of locations of all required items (bagels-cafeteria, drink mixers-warehouse). Retrieves required items as needed.

Leaves area clean and stocked before going on break and prior to shift end.

Completes assigned side work.

Always sorts and separates recyclable and deposit bottles. Places all recyclable items in proper crates.

Always immediately notifies Supervisor of any broken equipment or problems with the bar areas or storage rooms.

Consistently maintains an awareness of promotional events and shows.
-
Always enters drink orders into the P.O.S. system in an organized and accurate method.
-
Always follows department training standards. (i.e.: clean-as-you-go, re-check guest, etc.).

Puts coffee cups through de-limer.
Minimum Qualifications:
-
Must possess the ability to count money and make correct change.
-
Must have excellent interpersonal communication skills.
-
Must have the ability to ring in orders and settle checks on Point of Sale system.
