Position: Wrangler
Pay Rate: $21.00 /hourly
Location: Tracy, CA
Schedule: Monday - Friday 230M - 1030PM
Job Description:
We are seeking a Wrangler to maintain material handling equipment by completing pre-use inspection and prepare finished orders by identifying, pulling, packing, wrapping, loading, and securing products; Demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness on production entries.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Completes batch record reviews, and closing Production Jobs in the Canopy System
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems
- Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and help setup and adjustments of machines
- Enforces Good Manufacturing Practices and safety regulations
- Follows all safety guidelines; Reports any work-related injuries to HR as soon as possible (no later than 24 hours);
- Monitors production floor for any safety hazards and reports issues to Production Supervisor and/or HR
- Accountable to fill out paperwork timely and correctly throughout the shift
- Answers radio requests; Responds to questions and solves problems
- Informs Production Supervisor of whereabouts, attendance, and activities; Proactively identifies problems and potential problems, and offers possible solutions
Qualifications:
- Must be willing to fill various rolls on production floor including, but not limited to, Operator, Wrangler, Packager, Cook or any other line job as required
- Shows respect and sensitivity toward cultural differences; Promotes a harassment and discrimination free environment
- Adheres to Company Policies and Procedures; Upholds and supports Company's organizational goals and values
- Complies with all USDA guidelines for shipping and receiving.
