Position Overview
As a Porsche Salesperson, you will be responsible for guiding clients through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism, expertise, and integrity. This role requires a proven sales background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for luxury automobiles. You will act as a Porsche brand ambassador, delivering a premium client experience while achieving individual and team sales goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers, identifying their vehicle needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate Porsche vehicles, highlighting features, performance, and value.
- Guide clients through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, trade-in evaluation, and financing options.
- Collaborate with the Finance & Insurance team to ensure smooth and compliant transactions.
- Build lasting client relationships through follow-up communication, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay up to date on Porsche product knowledge, inventory, and industry trends.
- Consistently achieve monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of prior sales experience required (automotive sales strongly preferred; luxury sales a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional appearance and demeanor with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (CRM, email, Microsoft Office).
- A valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record are required.
