Compensation:
$50,000 - $150,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and guide them through the vehicle purchase process with professionalism and enthusiasm
- Build lasting relationships with customers by understanding their needs and exceeding their expectations
- Present and demonstrate Mazda vehicles, features, and technology
- Stay informed about current inventory, promotions, and industry trends
- Work closely with the sales management team to achieve monthly goals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat/referral business
Qualifications:
- Prior automotive sales experience preferred, but not required—we provide training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a team-player mindset
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment
- Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
