We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Junior Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, eager to learn, and proficient with Microsoft Office tools. Experience in the construction industry is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:

Fluency in Spanish and English required to effectively communicate with our Spanish-speaking employees

Provide general administrative support including filing, data entry, and handling phone calls.

Draft and edit documents using Microsoft Word.

Create and maintain spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.

Manage email communications and calendar scheduling via Microsoft Outlook.

Assist with tracking employee hours and working with timekeeping software.

Coordinate with field staff and support project managers with administrative needs.

Maintain organized records and documentation related to construction projects.
Qualifications:

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Familiarity with timekeeping or payroll software (e.g., ADP, QuickBooks Time, or similar) is a plus.

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Construction industry experience or familiarity with construction terminology is highly desirable.

Prior administrative experience preferred but not required.
