We are seeking a Research Associate to become an integral part of our team! You will assist social scientists in educational research and data analysis. Looking to start ASAP Monday -Friday!!
Responsibilities:

<li>Gather qualitative and quantitative social science data</li>
<li>Conduct statistical analysis on research data collected</li>
<li>Collaborate with others to identify research needs</li>
<li>Translate complex data into simple textual and visual representations</li>
<li>Summarize findings into presentations and reports</li>
<li>Molecular biology assays</li>
<li>Cell Culture</li>
<li>Manage sample inventory</li>
</ul>
Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>Previous experience in social sciences, educational research, or other related fields</li>
<li>Familiar with fundamental research practices</li>
<li>Deadline and detail-oriented</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li>
<li>Bachelors' degree in Biology</li>
<li>Strong organizational skill with the ability to track multiple studies, manage inventory, and ensure smooth day-to-day laboratory operations.</li>
<li>Maintain and work with mammalian cell cultures</li>
<li>Run protein detection assays (Western blot, ELISA, MSD, Luminex)</li>
<li>Perform qPCR, RT-qPCR, and nucleic acid extractions</li>
<li>Conduct cell-based assays (viability, proliferation, functional readouts)</li>
