Job DescriptionEssential Job Functions
Greets clients, visitors, and guests; determines the purpose of each person’s visit and directs or escorts them to the appropriate location.
Answers, screens, and directs phone calls to staff; takes messages.
Receives mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries and delivers or distributes items.
Orders, stocks, and organizes office and break room supplies
Prepares overnight packages
Assists with maintaining clean working areas
Performs administrative and clerical support tasks.
Performs filing and recordkeeping.
Responsible for working safely, both for self-protection and protection of co-workers, by supporting all Company safety efforts.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education, Experience, and Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
Basic understanding of administrative and clerical procedures and systems.
Demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient with computers and familiar with Microsoft Software Suite.
Demonstrates strong conflict resolution and negotiating skills. Strong organizational
skills.
Must be able to multi-task, have strong attention to detail, and have excellent time management skills to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
Able to identify a need, remove the barriers, and know how to make things happen.
Values diversity of ideas, opinions, and people.
Have good common sense and applied logic.
Must possess or be able to obtain an appropriate state driver’s license before employment, along with a clean driving record and reliable transportation.
