Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Car Wash Porter to join our team at the Fletcher Jones dealership in Newport Beach. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and are passionate about keeping vehicles in immaculate condition.

Key Responsibilities

Exterior Washing: Wash and dry vehicles using safe, approved methods to maintain showroom appearance.

Interior Detailing: Clean windows, wipe down dashboards, cupholders, and all cabin surfaces.

Vacuuming & Tidying: Perform thorough vacuuming and removal of debris from all interior spaces.

Lot Organization: Keep dealership inventory clean, organized, and neatly staged.

Vehicle Movement: Drive vehicles between service lanes, customer pick-up zones, and lot areas (if assigned to driving role).

Safety Compliance: Follow all safety guidelines and dealership protocols for vehicle handling and cleaning.

Team Support: Assist with other operational tasks as needed to support the service and sales teams.
Qualifications

Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record required for driving assignments.

4+ years of driving experience preferred.

Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred but not required).

High attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency.

Ability to follow instructions, prioritize tasks, and work independently.

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs., stand for extended periods, and perform repetitive motions.

Applicants without a driver’s license may be considered for Car Wash Level 1 positions that do not involve vehicle movement.
Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $16.50 to $18.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
