Job Description

Pay Range: $25–$35 per hour (depending on experience)

Legacy Staffing is seeking a skilled Agricultural Equipment Mechanic to join our client’s team. This position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in diagnosing and repairing agricultural machinery, including electrical systems, hydraulics, and forklifts. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and passionate about keeping equipment running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair electrical and hydraulic systems on agricultural equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections on machinery including forklifts.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and perform necessary repairs.
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation.
• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with safety standards and company policies.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Ag Equipment Mechanic or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulics, and forklift repair.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Must have own tools (preferred).
• Clean driving record (preferred).
