DEN Urban Dog Retreat Grooming Daycare is on the lookout for a Front Desk Receptionist to be the friendly face and voice of our thriving dog grooming and daycare business. What You'll Be Doing
As the Front Desk Receptionist, you'll be the heartbeat of our operations, ensuring smooth communication and top-notch customer service. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Greeting clients (both two- and four-legged!) with a smile and a warm welcome.
- Answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing the daily calendar.
- Handling client inquiries and providing information about our grooming and daycare services.
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate records.
- Keeping the front desk area organized and professional.
- Collaborating with our team to ensure every pet and owner has a positive experience.
What We're Looking For
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- 3 years of experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer service role.
- A self-driven, motivated, and trustworthy personality.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- A love for animals and the ability to work in a pet-friendly environment.
- Basic computer skills to manage scheduling and client records.
