Job Title: Sr. Audit Manager
Job Location: Remote! (Client travel may be required from time to time)
Job Salary: $150k-$210k (DOE)

Position Overview
The Sr. Audit Manager will oversee audit engagements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while providing strategic direction to the audit team. This role is crucial in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of audit processes and delivering high-quality audit services to clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
- Review and analyze audit work papers and financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate with clients to obtain necessary documentation and information for audits.
- Supervise and mentor audit staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
- Identify risk areas and recommend improvements to internal controls and processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes affecting audit practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
- Minimum of 7+ years of audit experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong understanding of auditing standards and regulations.
- Experience with CCH Engagement is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with clients and stakeholders.
- Proficient in audit software and Microsoft Office Suite.
