<ul>
<li>Supervise daily operations and reports test results</li>
<li>Supervisor Lab Team</li>
<li>Monitor test performance &amp; examine specimens</li>
<li>Adhere to all QC policies &amp; procedures – document all QC activity</li>
<li>Adhere to all lab SOPs – support the ongoing development of SOPs</li>
<li>Document all corrective actions</li>
<li>Prep, test/qualify, and store reagents</li>
<li>Document all data &amp; information accurately in LIMS – Maintain accurate records</li>
<li>Support the training of new team members</li>
<li>Support the development of new tests</li>
<li>Partner with cross-functional teams</li>
<li>Relay patient results to clients</li>
<li>May act as Lab Rep for new R/D and/or pharma projects</li>
<li>Engage in other duties may be assigned</li>
</ul>
<p><br><strong>Job Requirements</strong>:
<ul>
<li>5+ years of CLS experience – Generalist licensure</li>
<li>Excellent verbal &amp; written communication skills</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail and organizational skills</li>
<li>Supervisory experience highly preferred</li>
</ul>
