Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staffing, training, inventory management, food safety, and customer satisfaction
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, excellence, and continuous improvement
  • Ensure adherence to company standards and operational procedures, including food quality, cleanliness, and safety protocols
  • Manage labor and food costs through effective scheduling, inventory control, and waste reduction strategies
  • Analyze financial reports and performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency
  • Execute marketing and promotional initiatives to drive traffic and sales
  • Recruit, hire, and develop team members, creating a pipeline for internal growth and leadership development
  • Maintain a strong presence on the floor to support the team and engage with guests

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume quick service restaurant environment
  • Proven track record of successfully managing operations, leading teams, and achieving financial targets
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Knowledge of P&L management, labor planning, and inventory control
