Are you a mom who loves fitness and wants a fulfilling role that fits your lifestyle and empowers other women? WESTCA Gym is looking for a warm, reliable, and motivated trainer to join our team part-time—with a focus on pre/postnatal fitness and training through menopause.

This is more than a job—it’s a chance to support women through some of the most transformative stages of life, while working in a supportive, family-friendly environment that respects your schedule and values your experience.

💪 What You'll Do:

  • Coach 1-on-1 and semi-private personal training sessions

  • Guide women through tailored strength, recovery, and mobility programs

  • Support clients in prenatal/postpartum or perimenopausal fitness needs

  • Be part of a close-knit, empowering team of trainers and coaches

🌟 What We’re Looking For:

  • Certified personal trainer or actively pursuing certification

  • Strong interest or experience in women’s health: pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, pelvic floor health, etc.

  • Friendly, professional, and proactive communicator

  • Values connection and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients

  • Available for 2–3 shifts per week (mornings, evenings, or weekends available)
