Senior Negotiator - Costa Mesa
 
We are working with a well-respected Personal Injury Law firm in Costa Mesa seeking a Senior Negotiator. As a Senior Negotiator you will leverage your legal expertise, negotiation skills, and knowledge of personal injury law to ensure fair outcomes.
 
What we’re looking for:

<li>5+ years of experience</li>
<li>Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities</li>
<li>Expertise in personal injury law and insurance policies</li>
<li>Excellent communication and client management skills</li>
<li>Ability to assess risk and maximize settlement values.</li>
</ul>
What to expect:
<ul>
<li>Review case files, evidence, and legal documents to determine settlement value.</li>
<li>Draft and review settlement offers, counteroffers, and final agreements.</li>
<li>Develop negotiation plans for each case and negotiate directly with insurance adjusters on behalf of clients for the highest settlements possible.</li>
<li>Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and case managers to strengthen case arguments.</li>
<li>Communicate with clients regarding their settlement or if needed the reasons for litigation.</li>
<li>Negotiate $1+ million settlements.</li>
