Job Summary:

We are seeking an enthusiastic, driven, and customer-focused Salesperson to join our team at Nissan of Orange. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in guiding customers through their vehicle purchasing experience, matching them with the right vehicles, and delivering exceptional service from the first handshake to the final sale.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers as they enter the showroom or sales lot
  • Identify customer needs through active listening and vehicle demonstrations
  • Present and promote new and pre-owned Nissan vehicles with a strong understanding of features, specs, and warranty options
  • Assist customers in test-driving vehicles and explain vehicle performance and capabilities
  • Negotiate pricing and financing options in collaboration with the Sales Manager and Finance department
  • Maintain knowledge of current inventory, promotions, manufacturer incentives, and industry trends
  • Follow up with prospective customers and maintain a consistent pipeline using CRM tools
  • Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with dealership and regulatory standards
  • Deliver vehicles to customers, ensuring satisfaction and thorough understanding of vehicle features
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership success

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
  • Prior automotive sales experience is a plus, but not required (training available)
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in using dealership CRM systems and basic office software
  • Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and exceed targets
  • Professional appearance and a customer-first attitude
