Position Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to attend weekly meetings and provide accurate, comprehensive documentation of discussions, decisions, and action items. This role is essential for maintaining organizational records and ensuring effective follow-up on meeting outcomes.
This role is compensated hourly and time commitment is 1 hour per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend scheduled meetings across different departments and teams
- Take detailed, organized notes during meetings, capturing key discussion points, decisions made, and action items assigned
- Prepare and distribute meeting summaries within 24-48 hours of each meeting
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information discussed in meetings
- Organize and file meeting notes in designated systems for easy retrieval
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent listening and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to type quickly and efficiently (minimum 50 WPM preferred)
- Professional communication skills
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles
- Familiarity with meeting management software (Teams, Zoom, etc.)
- Understanding of business terminology and processes
