We’re looking for a warm, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our dental team! If you're someone who loves helping people, thrives in a calm and respectful environment, and enjoys keeping things running smoothly — this could be a great fit.

What You’ll Do

• Greet patients with a friendly and welcoming attitude

• Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage the daily schedule

• Verify insurance benefits and process patient paperwork

• Collect payments and explain treatment plans or billing as needed

• Coordinate with the back office team to ensure smooth patient flow

• Keep the front desk area clean and organized

What We’re Looking For

• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred (but not required for the right person)

• Excellent communication and customer service skills

• Organized, punctual, and detail-oriented

• Familiarity with dental software Carestack is a plus

• Ability to multitask while keeping a calm and positive demeanor
