Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced Sales Executive to lead growth across foodservice, retail, and manufacturing channels for a portfolio of premium, in-demand coconut-based and spice products. This role is all about driving new business, expanding existing relationships, and taking a fast-moving brand to the next level.

You’ll have the opportunity to leverage your existing network, create new partnerships, and represent products that align with today’s biggest food trends: plant-based, functional, and clean-label.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a territory growth strategy across Los Angeles County and beyond

  • Drive new business with national and regional accounts in retail, foodservice, and industrial channels

  • Manage and expand relationships with key customers (Starbucks, Sysco, Kroger, US Foods, Sprouts, etc.)

  • Collaborate with internal teams on go-to-market strategies, pricing, and promotions

  • Represent the brand at trade shows, food expos, and customer meetings

  • Track performance and pipeline activity using CRM tools

What We’re Looking For

  • 3–5+ years of proven success in food & beverage sales (preferably plant-based, CPG, or specialty ingredients)

  • A well-established network with buyers, distributors, and decision-makers in retail/foodservice/industrial channels

  • Demonstrated success closing major accounts and exceeding revenue targets

  • Strong business development skills — you’re a hunter and closer with relationship-building finesse

  • Entrepreneurial mindset: self-starter, resourceful, and resilient

  • Based in Los Angeles County with flexibility to travel regionally and nationally as needed
