Cheer Home Care is hiring a highly organized, proactive, and compassionate Administrative Assistant to work in the Cheer office to support the Director of Care in our growing home care agency. This role combines administrative coordination, client-facing support, and schedule management. He/she will work closely with our office team and have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate would have caregiving or aide experience, excellent communication skills, and ability to manage details in a busy environment.

Requirements

    • Upbeat personality
    • Healthcare experience, CNA or Caregiver, preferred
    • Bachelors, preferred
    • Strong computer skills
    • Strong organizational & communication skills
    • Ability to pass live scan fingerprint clearance (LIC 9163)
    • Ability to secure proof of negative TB results
    • Ability to work one weekend day
