  • Build and enhance relationships with carrier partners; advocate for industry‑standardized data exchange.
  • Ensure adherence to integration schedules, SLAs, and delivery commitments across carriers.
  • Drive automation of data processing to increase accuracy, consistency, and operational efficiency
  • Oversee continuous improvement of integration performance, availability, and reliability.

4. Data Quality, Compliance & Risk Management

  • Create a unified approach to data quality measurement, exception handling, and remediation.
  • Ensure compliance with HIPAA and all relevant regulatory requirements related to data storage, transmission, and access.
  • Reduce risk through improved data controls, auditability, and lifecycle management.

5. Cross‑Functional Leadership & Change Management

  • Partner with VP‑level leaders in Product, Engineering, Operations, Sales, and Finance to align data and AI initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Communicate vision, progress, and impact of the data and AI strategy to executive leadership and the broader organization.
  • Lead structured change‑management programs to modernize data practices across teams and systems.
