- Communicate effectively with customers regarding repair timelines and cost estimates.
- Collaborate with technicians to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and to high quality standards.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs and customer interactions.
- Uphold company policies and procedures to deliver exceptional service.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in sales techniques to effectively communicate repair recommendations to customers.
- Strong background in diagnostics and repair process.
- Knowledge of automotive service procedures and best practices.
- Mechanical aptitude to understand repair requirements and provide accurate estimates.
- Strong CSAA background preferred
