SafeSplash Swim School is part of a nationwide leader in swim instruction, dedicated to teaching water safety and swim skills in a fun, safe environment.

We’re Hiring!

We are looking for energetic and reliable Swim Instructors to join our Santa Monica team immediately.

Schedule & Shift Times (Must be able to work all days below)

• Monday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Tuesday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Wednesday: 3:00 PM – 8:00 PM
• Saturday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
• Sunday: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Teach swim lessons to children and/or adults following the SafeSplash curriculum
• Ensure a safe, fun, and positive class environment
• Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the facility

Qualifications

• Must enjoy working with children and families
• Prior swim instruction, lifeguard, or swim team experience is a plus (we provide training)
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Ability to work all listed days and shift times
• Must pass a background check and complete required training

Pay

• Competitive hourly rate: $17–$23/hour, based on experience
• Paid training and certification provided
