Job DescriptionResponsibilities:
• Greets and checks-in clients
• Answer multi-line phone calls and field calls appropriately in an efficient and friendly manner
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Document processing
• Conference room management—daily setup or virtual coordination of meetings
• Maintains front office lobby area
• General administrative duties
• Support staff as needed
• Performs other duties as needed
• Facilities back up
Requirements:
• 4-5 years minimum customer service experience required
• 4-5 years of front desk experience preferred
• 1-2 years minimum legal experience preferred
• Exemplary interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor with the ability to maintain confidential information
• Capable to work independently and prioritize tasks with a high level of attention to detail
