Job Description
As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be working in an industrial facility, responsible for the installation and repair of machinery. This role requires strong mechanical skills, an understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics, and experience with welding and fabrication. You will also perform facility maintenance tasks, including plumbing, boiler maintenance, and general building maintenance. This position requires flexibility to work both indoors and outdoors, in a non-climate-controlled environment.
Responsibilities
- Install and repair machinery in an industrial setting.
- Conduct facility maintenance, including plumbing, boiler maintenance, and general building tasks.
- Utilize strong mechanical skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
- Work with hydraulics, pneumatics, and perform welding and fabrication.
- Operate machinery and perform general labor tasks as needed.
- Be available for overtime and on-call duties.
Essential Skills
- Strong mechanical skills.
- Understanding of hydraulics and pneumatics.
- Experience with welding and fabrication.
- Ability to operate machinery and perform troubleshooting.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Possession of some personal tools/toolbox.
- Experience with carbon steel fabrication.
- Plumbing or general facility maintenance experience is a plus.

Work Environment
You will work in a non-climate-controlled environment, often in hot conditions due to machinery. The company employs around 50 people, with each department typically running with 2-5 employees. The work schedule is Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM to 2:00 PM, with flexibility required for overtime and call-ins.

This is a Contract position based out of Lodi, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $27.00/hr.
