Responsibilities:
- Operate karaoke equipment and set up the necessary audiovisual components.
- Greet and engage with guests, ensuring they feel comfortable and excited to participate.
- Guide participants in selecting songs and explain the karaoke procedures.
- Introduce performers and maintain an energetic atmosphere throughout the event.
- Encourage audience participation and create a fun and inclusive environment.
- Manage song queues and ensure a smooth flow of performances.
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot equipment issues as needed.
- Maintain an up-to-date song library with a variety of music genres.
- Adhere to event schedules and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Passion for music and karaoke.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic and outgoing personality.
- Basic technical proficiency in operating karaoke equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
