- Assist in all aspects of product development
- Project Documentation
- Product Testing
- CAD design for Product and Tooling
- Assist the Engineers and Designers with programming of both NC equipment and additive manufacturing tools
- Work directly with Engineers and Fabricators to assist in all aspects of the R&D process
- Work directly with Manufacturing team to assist in making samples and prototypes, setup processes
- Manage workload to ensure productivity with excellent inter-team communication
- Other various tasks in the R&D Department as assigned
Requirements
- Basic mechanical and programming aptitude
- 1 year SolidWorks design experience required
- Windows Office software proficiency required
- Positive attitude, hungry to learn, willing to get hands dirty
- Passionate about motorcycles and racing preferred
- Additive Manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic NC code/programming experience preferred
- Basic fabrication skills a bonus
