A new family-owned Airstream dealership is seeking an experienced parts specialist to join our team. We are looking for career-minded individuals with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to succeed.
The right candidate will:
Have a working knowledge of dealership procedures.
Possess the ability to create the foundation for positive lasting relationships with our customers.
Possess a professional personal appearance, a great attitude and extraordinary verbal / written communication skills.
Provide recommendations and assistance to customers to maximize the safety, use and enjoyment of their product.
Responsibilities:

Ensure smooth order processing by analyzing requests and obtaining parts information from reference materials

Develop strong relationships with distributors, dealers, and service centers to facilitate efficient order tracking and follow-up
Requirements:

2+ years customer service experience, preferred in RV parts departments

Working knowledge of mechanical / electrical components and trailers and motorhomes

Proficient in computer use, including emailing, Word / Google Docs and spreadsheets like Excel / Google Sheet.

Possess a valid driver’s license with an insurable driving record
