We are seeking a Front Of House Manager to join our team! You will be responsible for providing customers with a memorable dining experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all FOH areas
- Oversee guest services and resolve issues
- Ensure a high quality of ingredients and food presentation
- Train and manage FOH personnel including servers, food runners and bussers
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs
- Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
- Provide weekly FOH reports for labor, sales, and staff
- Conduct inventory and order FOH supplies as necessary
- Ensure all staff provide a clean working environment after each shift
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in food service or other related fields
- Strong leadership qualities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage budgets provided by GM
