Position: Manufacturing Technician
Location: Fremont, CA (In-person)
Pay: $40/hour
Schedule: Full-time

🔧 What You’ll Do

You’ll help build and test self-driving vehicles by:

Assembling parts and vehicles (mostly Toyota Highlanders)
Using tools to cut, drill, and build components
Running software tests by copy/pasting scripts
Finding and fixing basic issues on vehicles
Working with engineers to improve the product
Staying busy and supporting the team
Following all safety rules

✅ What We’re Looking For

Someone who is:

Hands-on and good with tools
A team player with a positive attitude
Quick to learn and not afraid to jump in
Comfortable working on mechanical and some basic electrical tasks
Focused on safety, quality, and efficiency

Experience:

4–6 years of relevant experience (or 2–4 years if you’re a strong fit)
Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required
Experience in automotive or manufacturing is a big plus
Some knowledge of electrical systems or CAN/LIN is helpful, but can be taught

🚫 Not a Fit If You:

Only have experience on semiconductor lines
Don’t enjoy hands-on, physical work
Struggle with fast-paced environments
