We are seeking a Front Office Administrative Assistant to join our team! You will perform clerical and administrative functions in order to drive company success.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist onsite Students, Instructors, and guests.
- Maintain all documents for classes taught throughout the week for all onsite classes.
- Draft correspondences including emails to Students, Instructors, and internally within the company.
- Provide information and answer inbound telephone calls, make outbound telephone calls.
- Setup classrooms for classes taught throughout the week
- General cleaning responsibilities including restocking of supplies.
- Perform other tasks as deemed necessary
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office administration or other related fields
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Proficiency in basic office software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Maintains a professional, positive, and courteous demeanor at all times
