Your Role
You’ll be the reason our clients come home to a sigh of relief. You’ll work in private homes and the occasional office, delivering high-quality, thoughtful service with heart.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living spaces with precision and care
- Dusting, mopping, vacuuming, sweeping, and sanitizing surfaces
- Restocking supplies and replacing towels and linens when needed
- Making beds, tidying up, and adding those finishing touches that make a home sparkle
- Interacting kindly and professionally with clients (you’re their favorite part of the day)
- Following checklists and company quality standards that set you up for success
- Reporting any issues or maintenance concerns promptly

We do not tolerate lateness or short-notice call-offs. If you’re scheduled, we expect you there — ready, dependable, and representing the company with pride. It’s a simple standard, but it’s what separates professionals from the rest.
Cleaners are also responsible for communicating when they need more cleaning supplies. You’ll never be left hanging — your supervisor will deliver any supplies you need to do your job well. All you have to do is speak up and stay in touch.
We value people who take pride in their work, keep their word, and treat every home as if it were their own. That’s the ERU standard — dependable, honest, and done right.
Who You Are
- Experienced cleaner (residential or commercial) preferred — but we’ll train the right person
- Dependable, punctual, and pays attention to the little things
- Friendly, respectful, and professional with clients
- Physically able to lift 15–25 lbs and stay active throughout your shift
- Has a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Can pass a background check if requested
Schedule Options
We get it — life’s busy. That’s why we offer flexibility.
- Monday–Friday (with optional weekends)
- Part-time or full-time
- Shifts usually between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
- We’ll work around your availability whenever possible
