A leading logistics and distribution company in the City of Industry is growing and looking to add dedicated team members. We currently have openings for Customer Service Representatives (CSR) and Warehouse Clerks. Available Positions:
Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email.

Process orders, track shipments, and provide updates to clients.

Resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

Work closely with internal departments to ensure customer satisfaction.
Warehouse Clerk

Assist with shipping, receiving, and processing of inventory.

Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.

Perform data entry, labeling, and documentation.

Support warehouse operations including organizing, scanning, and order tracking.
Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

1+ year of experience in customer service, logistics, or warehouse environment preferred.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry, WMS a plus).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
Schedule & Pay:
-
Monday – Friday, full-time schedules.
-
Pay rate: $18.00 – $22.00/hr, depending on position and experience.
