ABCO Laboratories is a contract manufacture business that works with customers to make and develop a variety of food seasonings, spices and dietary supplements. Our Weigh Out department works within our warehouse to assure accurate recording and weigh out of all the formulas.
Our weigh out team must maintain accurate records for all work done within the department. Some of these records include raw materials used, inventory, product information, formulas and product batches. The Weigh Out Technician must stage product for processing to ensure quick changeover between production batches. They will be responsible for checking of formulas weighed out. They will also monitor production process for quality and conformance to specifications.
An ideal employee for the Weigh Out Technician would be someone who shows up to work on time every day; someone who enjoys working within a team, someone who has great organizational skills and penmanship as well as someone who is task and detail oriented. Furthermore, success in this position comes from accuracy and efficiency in the day to day duties. Weigh Out’s goal is to maintain a swift and precise weigh out process for production. The weigh out team works together to ensure all specifications are met in each batch of product.
