Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a successful book of business through referrals and community engagement
• Provide clients with customized Auto, Home, Life, and Business insurance solutions
• Lead, mentor, and support a small team of producers or staff
• Maintain compliance with all company and state insurance regulations
• Oversee client satisfaction and retention efforts
• Collaborate with district leadership on marketing and growth initiatives

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty and Life & Health licenses
• Strong entrepreneurial mindset and financial readiness (approximately $100k in available capital)
• Prior experience in insurance, business development, or team leadership
• Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
• Financial stability and commitment to long-term career growth
• Bilingual or multilingual ability is a plus
