Shift: 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
SUMMARY
This employee will maintain and repair fixed plant assets, to include, but not limited to CNC machinery, manual equipment, fixed assets within the manufacturing facility. This employee will coordinate with other employees to ensure that maintenance work is completed satisfactorily.

Supervisory Responsibilities - None
Duties
- Performs and/or directs complicated maintenance work such as repairing complex CNC machinery
- Connects power supply wires to machines and equipment.
- Handles all cables and wires between machines and equipment
- Replaces faulty electrical components of equipment
- Installs and repairs electrical systems
- Troubleshoots electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems on CNC and manual machinery
- Maintains and uses all controlled documents within the department
- Assists in the maintenance and repair of all machinery and hand tools with minimal supervision
- Adheres to PVV&E 5S standards
- Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards.
- Suggest changes in working conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew.
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, and/or assists workers in solving work problems.
- Initiates or suggests plans to motivate workers to achieve work goals.

95% manufacturing environment, and 5% inside, climate / noise-controlled office area; lifting to 50 lbs. required; and up to 110 lbs. on occasion, with assistance. Eye, hearing, and Cleanroom protective equipment/garments must be worn as required.
Tasks require walking, sitting, bending, reaching, mobility, frequent lifting and pushing/pulling. Work requires computer skills (word processing, spreadsheet, and data-entry), attention to detail and accuracy. Communication skills including listening and speaking are required for interaction with other employees, vendors, and customers. Strong interpersonal skills, the ability to balance multiple tasks and any stress associated with the duties and responsibilities of this position are essential requirements in the performance of this job.
Secondary duties with added requirements may be assigned from time to time.

Education and/or Experience
- Any combination of education, training and experience equivalent to graduation from High School, or that would provide required knowledge, skill and ability to successfully perform the assigned job duties.
- Minimum 1 year experience Maintenance work in Manufacturing environment
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Certification in Electrical troubleshooting and repair
TOOLS AND/OR EQUIPMENT
- Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - As required
- Ability to use ladders safely/effectively
- Ability to safely shovel snow using standard snow shovel
