Research Coordinator
We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Research Coordinator to join our team. This role is all about ensuring accuracy, clarity, and credibility across the content that fuels high-impact learning experiences for leaders.
What You’ll Do
- Fact-check editorial and visual content for accuracy, consistency, and credibility
- Research and analyze complex business topics, turning data and reports into clear insights
- Write, edit, and coordinate updates for seminars and supporting materials
- Collaborate with editors, producers, and video teams to deliver polished, reliable content
- Translate charts, financials, and business data into easy-to-understand graphics and stories
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of experience in research, fact-checking, or editorial support
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Business, or related field
- Strong business acumen; comfortable interpreting financial language, data, and regulatory filings
- Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills
- Advanced research and synthesis skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities
Nice to Have
- Experience in newsrooms, publishing, or multimedia editorial teams
- Familiarity with AP Style (or similar)
- Background in data visualization or business storytelling
