The Commercial Operations Specialist will be responsible for supporting day-to-day commercial operations, providing data-driven insights, and driving process excellence across Czinger's global commercial activities. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, highly organized individual who enjoys working cross-functionally and balancing analytical tasks with operational execution.
The Role
- Maintain and update the CRM system to ensure accurate customer, lead, and order data.
- Issue invoices, track payments through completion, and coordinate with Finance for proper reporting.
- Build and maintain sales forecasts, order intake dashboards, and commercial performance reports.
- Prepare and revise pricing configurations and option lists for the 21C, supporting revenue maximization initiatives.
- Create, analyze, and maintain business cases and models to inform leadership decision-making.
- Monitor key KPIs such as conversion rates, production allocations, and revenue trends.
- Support the order-to-delivery process by coordinating with supply chain and production teams to resolve bottlenecks.
- Maintain organized file structures to ensure version control and easy team access.
- Coordinate and manage facility tours including visitor scheduling and logistics
- Support dealer communications with dealers regarding prospects and events.
- Build and edit PowerPoint presentations for internal projects, leadership updates, and customer-facing materials.
- Collaborate with Finance and Marketing to provide data that informs budgeting, pricing, and campaign planning.
- Identify and recommend process improvements and workflow automation opportunities to enhance commercial efficiency.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in commercial operations, business analytics, sales operations, or a related function.
- Strong proficiency in Excel
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, JIRA, Power BI) is a plus.
- Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce or equivalent) preferred.

- This role is based in our Torrance, CA headquarters.
Pay Range$82,620—$113,580 USD
