Camp Bob Waldorf is hiring a full-time, year-round Recreation & Retreats Program Coordinator to join our leadership team in Glendale, CA.

This in-person role coordinates camp rentals, supports kitchen operations, and assists in general camp logistics to ensure a welcoming and impactful experience for all.
The coordinator manages booking and guest communication, supervises food service, runs on the ground programming from high ropes to archery, and collaborates with partners to expand the reach of our mission.

Overnight supervision is occasionally required when groups are on-site.
During summer (June–August), this role supports our residential summer camp. Ideal candidates have a background in camp operations, hospitality, recreation, or outdoor education management plus strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Salary: $69,000–$72,000/year with full benefits, paid holidays, and retirement plan.
