Open Role: Chemical Operator
We are hiring for multiple Chemical Operator positions across our 2nd and 3rd shifts. You will play a hands-on role in our production operations across a 5-acre industrial site. Initial training will take place during the 1st shift.
Shifts:

1st (Training): 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM (up to 90 days)

2nd: 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM (+$1/hour shift premium)
-
3rd: 11:00 PM – 7:30 AM (week begins Sunday night, +$1/hour shift premium)
Key Responsibilities
-
Transfer chemical waste into storage tanks
-
Prepare and fill drums for shipment
-
Clean and maintain wastewater filter presses
-
Learn operations in at least two of the following areas:
-
Ferric/Ferrous Chloride
-
Copper Oxide/Carbonate
-
Etchant processes
-
Acid/Base Neutralization
-
Wastewater systems
-
-
Follow safety guidelines and meet production standards
-
Keep work areas clean and organized
What We’re Looking For
Required:
-
Consistent work history (2–3+ years per role)
-
Strong attendance and punctuality
-
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
-
Positive, team-oriented attitude
-
Open to working overtime
Preferred:
-
HazMat or DOT certification
-
Forklift experience
-
Mechanical aptitude (e.g., car repairs, construction)
Qualifications
-
High School Diploma or GED
-
Basic computer skills
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs, wear a respirator, climb stairs/ladders

Must be proficient in English (read, write, speak)
-
Prior chemical or manufacturing experience is a plus
Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Pay: DOE $22–$24/hour (includes shift premiums)

Pay Incentives:
-
+10% for certified wastewater operators
-
+10% for chemical/lab certification
-
+5% for mechanic helper or truck coordination duties
