Description:
- An established foreign food manufacturer expands business in the United States and is currently looking for an experienced, driven and dynamic Sales and Marketing Coordinator to join the Sales and Marketing Department. The incumbent is responsible for maintaining sales and marketing activities.
Sales & Customer Engagement:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned channels through customer meetings, site visits, and direct outreach to achieve sales targets.

Represent the company at roadshows, nationwide trade shows, and promotional events, engaging with customers and promoting our products.

Prepare sales forecasts and monthly, quarterly, and annual sales reports, tracking performance against budget, and present insights to top management.

Assist the sales team in executing marketing and sales strategies to drive business growth.
Marketing & Brand Promotion:

Create, update, and manage online content for the company’s website and social media platforms (Instagram, Rednote, Facebook, etc.).

Attend events and produce social media contents to increase brand visibility and engagement.

Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to optimize marketing strategies.

Assist in creating marketing literature and promotional materials to enhance brand presence.
Market Insights & Product Development:

Gather and analyze customer feedback, providing insights to R&D, Production, and Quality teams to improve product offerings.

Keep the R&D team updated on food trends to help develop new products and improve existing recipes.

Participate in weekly/monthly sensory tastings, providing real-time feedback on product quality and market fit.
Operational Coordination & Logistics

Manage order processing and fulfillment for sales.

Oversee logistics planning, including transportation scheduling and storage coordination.

Perform additional tasks and special projects as assigned.

- Pay range: $22-$26 (per hour)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field required.
- 1-2 years experience with social media management in a sales organization/business unit in the food industry (preferred)
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin required
- Working knowledge of sales cycles according to customer types, i.e., retailers, wholesalers, food services, etc. Prior experience with Asian Ethnic retailers and wholesaler preferred
- Excellent presentation, written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to organize and prioritize in a fast paced environment
- Ability and willingness to travel throughout assigned sales territory domestically and/or internationally as needed
- Excellent attention to detail and organization
- Proficient in Google Apps, MS Office Suite, etc.
