About the Role
We’re looking for a Front Desk Receptionist who enjoys working with people and can help create a positive first impression for our guests. As the face of the hotel, you’ll handle check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest questions while keeping things running smoothly at the front desk. Since we use the Innsoft Property Management System (PMS), being comfortable with computers and learning software quickly is a must.
What You’ll Do

Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude.

Use Innsoft PMS to check guests in and out, update reservations, and process payments.

Handle phone calls, emails, and in-person questions with clear and friendly communication.

Provide guests with information about hotel services and local recommendations.

Work with other departments (like housekeeping and maintenance) to make sure guest needs are met.

Address guest requests or concerns with patience and professionalism.

Keep the front desk area tidy and organized.
What We’re Looking For

Strong people skills – you’re approachable, a good listener, and can handle different personalities with ease.

Computer competency – comfortable with reservation systems, email, and basic office software. Experience with Innsoft PMS is a big plus.

Previous customer service or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required if you bring the right attitude.

Good multitasking skills – able to stay organized while juggling check-ins, phone calls, and guest questions.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented mindset.
