<p>Key Responsibilities:</p>
<ul>
<li>Manage project scope, schedule, and budget for traffic engineering design projects.</li>
<li>Develop plans, specifications, and cost estimates for traffic signals, roadway lighting, ramp metering, electrical systems, signage, pavement delineation, and traffic handling.</li>
<li>Conduct traffic operations analysis to support design decisions.</li>
<li>Prepare proposals for traffic engineering design services.</li>
</ul>
<p>Requirements:</p>
<ul>
<li>BS in Civil or Electrical Engineering.</li>
<li>Registered as a Professional Engineer in California.</li>
<li>10+ years of experience in traffic engineering, including design and cost estimation for traffic signals, lighting, and transportation systems.</li>
<li>Strong written and verbal communication skills.</li>
</ul>
<p>Technical Skills:</p>
<ul>
<li>Proficiency in MicroStation and/or AutoCAD.</li>
<li>Experience with AGI and/or VISUAL photometric analysis software.</li>
<li>Familiarity with Auto-Turn and Synchro/SimTraffic for traffic analysis.</li>
