Front Desk/General Services (Part-time)

Job Description:
We are seeking an entry level Administrative Assistant to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for providing admin & general services to support the smooth operation of our office and staff.


Duties/Responsibilities:

•Greet and welcome guests and visitors.
•Track schedules of staff and key personnel.

•Manage conference room cleanness & bookings.

•Checking and receiving packages/deliveries.

•Keep track and organize office supplies and amenities.
•Coordinate team business travel needs and file for reimbursements.

•Assist in planning and organizing of meetings and events.


Requirements/Qualifications:
•1-2 Years experience in similar role.

•Proficiency in mandarin is required.
•Must be detail oriented, proactive, and willing to work in a fast paced team environment.
•Excellent organizational, planning, and time management skills.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Working Schedule: 9 am-6 pm (Tuesday to Thursday)

Hourly Rate: $ 25-$28
