What You'll Bring
We are looking for a Sales Engineer who will serve as the technical expert throughout the sales cycle. You will work closely with the Sales and Product teams to understand client requirements, design tailored mobility solutions, and ensure smooth transitions from pre-sales to implementation. Your role will combine technical expertise, communication, and client-facing skills to build trust and drive business growth.
You'll Need
- 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Engineer, Solutions Engineer, or in a similar client-facing technical role
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (preferred)
- Proven track record supporting sales cycles for SaaS or enterprise technology solutions
- Strong understanding of SaaS products, APIs, integrations, and system architecture
- Experience preparing and delivering technical presentations and demos to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Ability to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and project management tools (e.g., Jira, ClickUp, Trello)
- Comfort working with technical stacks: SQL, Python, JavaScript (basic scripting/understanding)
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and SDLC fundamentals
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of cloud services (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- General network understanding (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
- Mobility, automotive, or transportation industry experience
