Reeve trucking is looking to hire a AP Clerk with quickbooks experience this is a MUST please only apply if you have experience using quickbooks for accounting purposes. This individual will be career minded, dependable and self- motivated. This position plays an important role in our company’s financial operations.
Responsibilities
- Pay bills: Pay bills to suppliers and ensure payments are made on time
- Monitor expenses: Track expenses and monitor cash flow
- Record transactions: Keep records of transactions for tax purposes
- Process invoices: Receive and process invoices from suppliers
- Verify invoices: Ensure that invoices are authorized and accurate
- Reconcile accounts: Compare accounts payable and receivable to resolve discrepancies
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Skills & Qualifications
- Expert experience with accounting software like QuickBooks
- Experience with general ledger functions
- Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills
- Advanced knowledge and experience with spreadsheets
- Strong communication skills and the ability to handle potential tense interactions with customers/vendors
- A desire and ability to work collaboratively with others to accomplish daily goals
