Job Title: Parts Personnel
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: Santa Rosa, CA
Overview:
A well-established equipment service company is seeking a Parts Personnel team member to support its service department. The ideal candidate will have experience with forklift parts, automotive parts, agricultural equipment, or other related industries. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented individual with strong computer and communication skills, and a “here to help” attitude.
Work Schedule:

Standard schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

Overtime, including weekends, may be required as needed
Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with technicians to identify and order parts required for equipment repairs

Utilize computer systems extensively to source, track, and order parts

Learn and retain knowledge of equipment parts and systems

Perform parts department duties with a focus on customer satisfaction and company profitability

Communicate professionally with vendors and internal staff, including email correspondence

Support management with additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements:

Prior experience in forklift parts or related fields (automotive, agricultural equipment, fleet service equipment, etc.) preferred

Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly learn parts identification systems

Effective communication skills, including proper spelling and grammar for email correspondence

Team-oriented with a customer-focused approach to problem-solving

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as required

Ability to sit for extended periods and work on a computer

Tenacity and resourcefulness in finding parts and solutions
